James Gundy MRICS, a Director from the Cardiff office, will be responsible for Project Management Services to assist with the strategic programming, procurement and wider commercial aspects of the development. James will be assisted by Alex McCusker (Project Director) and will work closely with Joanna Rees (Partner) who will lead the legal services element of Blake Morgan's delivery. James is a Director and former office leader of a global construction consultancy with over 20 years’ experience of delivering projects as a Project and Cost Manager within the construction industry. James has been involved, primarily, in the strategic planning and delivery of commercial projects, but has a diverse capability covering a number of end markets and sectors. Alex McCusker, Project Director, has over 15 years’ experience of successfully delivering projects in the construction industry. Alex recognises the importance of regular project programme reviews, risk management, cost control and regular reporting systems, to ensure that all project members are kept informed at each stage. Jo has worked closely with developers, government and public sector teams and contractors dealing with all aspects of construction projects from project tender through the build phase, managing risk issues and resolving disputes by ADR, adjudication, mediation or litigation when required.
