Wildfox Resorts Group has appointed Turner & Townsend as part of the Afan Valley resort delivery team.
Working from their Cardiff office, the Turner & Townsend team consists of Mark Rogers and Chris Lewis, who are both long standing members of the business with over 30 years combined service.
Mark and Chris have a wealth of experience, having worked on exciting and unique projects across Wales, the UK, and in the international market. Chris is a keen mountain biker and has spent many wet weekends mountain biking in the Afan Valley and lives just 15 miles from the site.
Turner & Townsend will be responsible for Cost Management services on the project. The business’ experience in the hospitality sector and in the challenging and competitive markets we face today, will bring benefits to the project where the competitive edge lies in ensuring efficiencies, maximising commerciality and managing the aspirations of the Wildfox team.
Having worked in the South Wales region for over 30 years, Turner & Townsend is committed to supporting the area’s economy and the creation of jobs. The business currently employs a team of over 30 people in the region and hires talent from local universities through its graduate recruitment plan.
Turner & Townsend also has expertise in working with clients to maximise the use of local supply chains in the sourcing of goods and labour through the main contractor and in making sure these obligations are actioned and evidenced.
