Wildfox Resorts has appointed Venture Xtreme to the Afan Valley resort delivery team. Venture Xtreme are responsible for the adventure sports mix and activity design with the aim of making Wildfox Resorts the most exciting, accessible and inclusive adventure destinations in the UK.
The team will be working from multiple offices including North Wales and is led by CEO Andy Macnae. Andy is supported by fellow director and principal consultant Steve Jones, and senior consultants Rory Holburn and Phil Nelson.
The team at Venture Xtreme have significant practical experience of adventure sports, with several employees being elite level participants who have gone on to leadership roles in the design, construction and operation of adventure sports facilities. Andy is also a trustee of Cycling UK.
This unique mix of practical experience has made Venture Xtreme a world leader in the development of adventure sports destinations, with an international client list and a track record of project delivery around the globe including the likes of NEOM and Qiddiya in Saudi.

The Afan Valley resort will be the first of its kind in the UK and will be the single biggest investment in tourism, regeneration and landscape restoration in Wales, creating over 1,000 jobs in construction and in operation.
